About the project:

We’re a B2B custom software development company with several web projects. We’re looking for a full-time SEO specialist who will take complete ownership of organic growth across them.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Owning SEO strategy and roadmap across company projects, with a focus on targeted organic traffic and leads.

• Planning and executing link-building strategy, including backlink quality and profile health.

• Managing technical SEO: identifying issues, prioritizing fixes, preparing requirements for developers, and following implementation.

• Defining content and on-page SEO direction, including keyword and topic strategy, internal linking, and SEO requirements for the content team.

• Monitoring SEO performance, focusing on targeted traffic, conversions, and leads.

• Developing and monitoring the company’s visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven search experiences.

Does this relate to you?

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including ownership of SEO strategy; B2B, SaaS, IT services, or software development experience is a strong advantage.

• Proven hands-on experience with link building and backlink analysis.

• Strong technical SEO knowledge: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, structured data, and JavaScript rendering basics.

• Strong knowledge of keyword research, content strategy, and on-page SEO.

• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog or similar, and Ahrefs or Semrush.

• Strong understanding of AI-driven search, including AI Overviews, zero-click search, generative search, E-E-A-T, and entity-based optimization.

• Practical experience using AI tools for SEO research, analysis, content workflows, or automation.

• Ability to connect SEO activities with qualified traffic, conversions, and leads.

Nice to have

• Experience managing SEO across multiple domains, particularly in healthcare, fintech, or software development.

• Digital PR experience.

• Experience with SEO automation or data tools such as Looker Studio, Python, or n8n.
